Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticket system. Every support request is assigned a ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

The technical support department provides on-site service for all schools. Many schools have a regular schedule for their assigned tech to visit their school. Your principal or secretary can tell you what day your school is scheduled to have on-site support.

For critical issues please contact your school's assigned tech by phone. All other requests should be submitted through the Technical Support Portal ticket system.
