Spam can be forwarded to spam@sd59.bc.ca. It is collected, analyzed, and used to update and tweak spam filter rules.

You have the option to click unsubscribe in Outlook (if it shows up), it will be in the same section as the body of the email on the left side of the window.

There are some types of spam that aren't possible to block at the district level.  For example, e-mails from a legitimate company cannot be blocked at the district level because someone else might want them.

You can manage personal blacklists (block) and whitelists (allow) in SpamTitan (https://spamtitan.sd59.bc.ca); Log in with your email address and district password. Click the filter rules top tab. You can create a blacklist entry for either an email address or an entire domain.
