Welcome to the Technical Support Portal

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticket system. Every support request is assigned a ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

The technical support department provides weekly on-site service for all schools within the district. Your principal or secretary can tell you what day your school is scheduled to have on-site support.

For critical issues please contact the appropriate tech by phone. All other requests should be submitted through the Technical Support Portal ticket system.
