Introduction

In Outlook Online, shared mailboxes act like they are separate accounts, but do not require a separate login and can only be accessed by members.

If you are using Outlook (the native app on your computer), please use these instructions instead.

Instructions

1. Open Outlook Online and sign in.
2. Click on your profile image in the top-left corner of the window.
3. Click Open another mailbox.
4. In the dialog box that appears, enter the mailbox's full e-mail address, then click the Open button.
