Creating an Email Signature

Mac
- Go to Outlook --> Preferences
- Click Signatures
- Click +
- Give it a Name
- In the default Section Set the New Messages and Replies/Forwards to your new Signature Name
- Edit your Signature
- Close the Window
Windows
- Go to File --> Options
- Click Mail Tab
- Click Signatures
- Click New
- Give it a Name
- In the default Section Set the New Messages and Replies/Forwards to your new Signature Name
- Edit your Signature
- Click Ok
Online
- Click Setting (cogwheel in the top right corner)
- Click Mail under Your App Settings
- Click Email Signature in the Layout Section
- Check the boxes for New Messages and Replies/Forwards
- Edit your Signature
- Click Save
