The connection to your projector should be either HDMI or VGA (pictured below)

Either way you're likely connecting via an adaptor.  For any connection issues changing the adaptor for another is usually our first step.

If this fails to resolve it Powering the projector off and on is worth trying.  If it won't power off via the remote a stepladder may be necessary to access the power button.

**Avoid unplugging a running projector.  They need to do a cool-down when shutting down to avoid damage to the lamp.

Still not working.. more things to look at or try.

If using VGA check for bent or missing pins.

Trying your computer in another room or another computer in your room can also narrow down the point of failure.
