How to create a public or private group from your outlook?

1. Click peoples button on the left bottom of your outlook, beside the Calendar

2. Click New Contact Group button on the top left menu, beside the New Contact

3. Make your Group be Private, which only the members can see this group

4. Add your groups member name and email list into your group

5. You still able to create your public or private group from outlook.office.com online if your outlook Application won't work for you
