How do I find my macOS computer's IP address?

- Go to the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
- Select the Network preference pane.
- Select the network interface you are conneced on. If in doubt, there should be a green circle beside it.
- Click on the Advanced... button.
- Click the TCP/IP tab.
- Your computer's IP address is the set of four numbers beside the IPv4 Address label.
