Joining a Meeting

Via Microsoft Teams
Open Microsoft Teams
Login if it asks
Click Calendar (1)
Click the Meeting in your calendar
Click Join (top right)
Via Notification Popup
Your computer will also pop up a notification 15 minutes prior to the meeting which you can just click Join on.
Via Outlook
(doesn't work for the organizer)
Open Microsoft Outlook
Click the Calendar (bottom right)
Open the Calendar Event
Click Join Microsoft Teams Meeting in body of the calendar event
Guest Users
Guest Users are able to join meetings however, they aren't able to use the chat. If this is needed please make sure they sign in to Microsoft Teams
