Please Note that both of these tasks need to be preformed by the School Principal or School Secretary

If Teachers Could Previously Enter Marks for this Term But it Stopped Working

In MyEducation BC (School View) go to Grades top tab > Grade Post Controls
Click on the Term that you want to change
Change the End Date to the correct date (the last day you want Teachers to be able to enter grades)

If the Grade Term hasn't been Create Yet

In MyEducation BC (School View) go to Grades top tab > Grade Input
Options button > Prepare Grade Input
Click Next
Select the Term you want to allow mark entry for
Click Next
Set the start and end dates that you want Teachers to be able to add/edit marks and comments
Click Next
Click Finished
