Privacy Concerns

WebEx is fine to be used without a consent form however, meetings can not be archived in their cloud storage without consent forms due to private information that will be contained in the recording (name, video of student along with anything else they may provide).
Please note that meetings are routed through the United States, this isn't a violation of the BC FOIPPA Laws but still is a concern.
