Student Account Creation Process

Please email Trevor Smith or your School Tech with a list of Student Numbers and Student Names to have accounts created. You must have a signed consent form filled out for each student that you request the accounts for prior to making the request.

Privacy Concerns

Consent Form
Content for Microsoft Teams is stored in Canada. There are plugins that are avaliable within MS Teams that stores data outside of Canada with third party companies.
Students joining a meeting does not require a consent form but they would need an account to access the rest of the Microsoft Teams or an archive of a meeting.
A consent form is require for account creation because student demographics is stored globally outside of Canada.
