Managing District Resources School Pages

Add Digital Resource (from Scratch)
- Go to your school's website (main page with the news)
- Click the Node button (above the news articles)
- Click Add New Content
- Click Digital Resources
- Fill in the fields (title, image and URL are required)
- Click Save
Add Digital Resource (from Other Digital Resources Page)
- Go to your school's website (main page with the news)
- Click the Node button (above the news articles)
- Click Add Existing Content
- Click Digital Resources
- Search in the title box for the name of the existing resource
- Click on it on the list
- Click Save
Modify Digital Resource
- Go to your school's website (main page with the news)
- Click the Node button (above the news articles)
- Search for or scroll to the item you'd like to modify
- Click the Triangle next to View Relation then go down to Edit Node
Modify Digital Resource
- Go to your school's website (main page with the news)
- Click the Node button (above the news articles)
- Search for or scroll to the item you'd like to modify
- Click the Triangle next to View Relation then go down to Edit Node
Delete Digital Resource
- Go to your school's website (main page with the news)
- Click the Node button (above the news articles)
- Search for or scroll to the item you'd like to delete
- Click the Triangle next to View Relation then go down to Delete Relation
Batch Cross Posting to Resources to Sites
This is to be used by the DRC for posting to multiple schools
- Go to: https://www.sd59.bc.ca/admin/cross/own
- Search for the item you'd like to cross post (you are only able to cross post items that you have created)
- Click the triangle next Canalta Elementary
- Hold the Command Key down on the keyboard as you click on each school you would like to post the resource at
- Go to each tab, click save and close it (repeat until you've closed all the tabs you just opened)
