How do I clear browser cache in Google Chrome?

Introduction

Clearing your web browser's cache will help resolve issues related to outdated or corrupted data stored in your browser.

Instructions

  1. Open Chrome Menu
    • Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Access History
    • Select History from the dropdown menu.
  3. Clear Browsing Data
    • Click on Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose Time Range
    • In the dialog box, select All time to clear everything.
  5. Select Data Types
    • Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Clear Data
    • Click the Clear data button.

Additional Tips

  • You can also use the shortcut Command + Shift + Delete to open the Clear Browsing Data window directly.
  • After clearing the cache, be sure to close and reopen Chrome to ensure changes take effect.
