Frequently Asked Question

Start the program Easy Interactive Tools (note if you do not have it you can install it with Managed Software optional install)

After opening Easy Interactive Tools this screen should open 

At this point please connect the Camera to your computer using USB a cable  

Now Click on the toolbox icon and click on the camera's

Now a new screen will open and in the bottom left-hand corner select the type of camera that is connected to the USB port of your computer
